The available POS connection modes are RS232, RS422 and RS485. The handheld continuously transmits the prices by radio, keeping all displays always up to date; the communication protocols towards the POS can be selected from the handheld itself.
The system avoids having to wire each display to the till system, and is the usual choice when the price columns are far from the building or when the installation is already in operation.
